Beasley is jumping on the "Now" top 40 bandwagon in Las Vegas, where AC KFRH (Fresh 102.7) is counting down to 5 p.m. today -- then the station magically transforms into "102.7 Now." PD Sean Lynch will continue to run things, along with some launch help from consultant Bill Tanner and the folks over at Radiocrunch. Now's entry brings to a close Fresh's year-and-a-half-long run in the market.

Now will roll 102 minutes commercial-free after every break and is doing the usual Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc. thing, as well as streaming online at www.1027now.fm.

"We are excited to bring a new contemporary station to the market that clearly fits the lifestyle of young adults," said market manager Tom Humm. "The addition of this format to the Beasley Broadcast cluster of stations enables the company to offer a wider range of listeners to our valued advertisers while also expanding entertainment options for our listeners."

"Launching this young adult format in Las Vegas and executing Now interactively across various platforms brings added value to our listeners and advertisers while providing an exciting listening and online experience," said Lynch.
