Responsible for analysis/recommendation of the effectiveness of connection/relevance to consumer for the platform. Includes understanding usage, competition and lifestyle of core audience and platforms we program (Cable Television, VOD, online and mobile)

Qualifications:
• 3+ years online experience including programming and writing responsibilities. Prefer experience in online programming for websites brands focused on the 12-24 demo and related trends – e.g. music, gaming, social networking, blogging, instant messaging, mobile
• Knowledge of how to create, develop, and deliver interactivity; strong competitive analysis
• Pop-culture knowledge, Media Savvy, Expert of mainstream Music, and web user psychographics
• Ability to work with content management systems and experience with scheduling a plus
• Excellent project management skills

Qualifications:
• B.A. or equivalent experience 3-5 years experience in music video and or radio programming
• Programming experience within the Television industry

• Solid knowledge of various music formats including pop, rock & urban
• Computer literate, ability to use various database platforms
