CC Outdoor Looking For Debt Refinancing

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, the sister operation to the San Antonio giant's radio company, on Tuesday (June 2) said it is "actively pursuing alternatives to address the maturity of intercompany note payable to its parent company, Clear Channel Communications Inc."
The company could offer new senior subordinated notes for cash or an exchange of new senior notes for outstanding debt. The structuring of such deals is dependent on market conditions, the company said. And, the company noted, there is no assurance that any deal will be reached.
