Friedman Takes Over Nielsen BDS Radio Canada
Joins company as GM

Stephanie Friedman has been named GM of Nielsen BDS Radio Canada. Friedman previously spent a decade running BDS Radio Canada ... which, until now, had been operated in a long and successful relationship with Pat Bohn, and now Nielsen has taken the company in-house.
"Pat Bohn and his organization have done a great job building the BDS Radio service in Canada, and we're looking forward to working with them on other projects in the future," said Rob Sisco, president of Nielsen Music.
"We are delighted to welcome Stephanie as an official member of the Nielsen family," said Vanessa Thomas, Nielsen Entertainment Canada managing director. "We have worked closely with Stephanie for more than a decade as she has been the guiding force behind the BDSradio.ca service. Having her continue in that leadership role will ensure BDSradio.ca's future growth and success."

Nielsen is the parent company of R&R, and BDS Radio Canada powers R&R's Canadian charts. The charts supplied by Nielsen BDS data were recently made the official charts of record by the CRTC.
