Pencil Erases Himself From Radio

Effective June 1, Pencil Boone, has resigned as GM of Bangor Baptist Church owned Soft AC/Inspirational WHCF and Christian CHR WHMX/Bangor, Maine to become the Pastor of Student Ministries and Education for Bangor Baptist Ministries. His new email address is Pencil@BangorBaptist.com.
Marc Tischart will become the new GM of both stations and can be reached at Marc@whcffm.com.
Other changes in the building include WHCF PD/MD Joe Polek adding morning co-host and producer to his job title, joining Penny Ayer for "Penny & Joe in the Morning."
And on June 8 Shelly Mitchell will join WHCF as evening host, moving from WRCM/Charlotte.
