Impact Radio Networks has picked up Jayne FM and will incorporate the show into its 24-hour lineup, taking over the licensing and distribution of the daypart offering. IRN also has plans to expand the show into a 24-hour format. Jayne FM is the alter ego of Robin Marshall; Citadel AC WLTI (Lite Rock 105.9)/Syracuse is its flagship, with three more affiliates added on recently and 12 more coming soon.

"Jayne FM is the kind of breakthrough creativity that will lead radio into the next generation," commented IRN CEO Steven Ludwig. "No one wants to see the staff cuts we're seeing. It's horrible. But companies like Impact Radio Networks can't dwell on the negative; crisis creates opportunity -- and we're assembling solutions to deal with the new realities of our industry. Jayne FM is just one example of what we're doing -- taking the clutter-busting creativity that still exists in our industry and finding unique ways to deliver very high quality for audiences in a very low-staff environment, all with an eye on increasing advertising revenues and keeping the workload at the station level to an absolute minimum."

Marshall added, "Impact Radio Networks has some very classy methods. Not only are they offering new product and delivery methods, they're cutting-edge and willing to think 'outside the box!' It is a perfect fit for my borderline craziness and the 'Jayne' personality! Hats off to IRN!"
